Damages, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to:

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.
Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
